In addition to our Core Services, Georgia HOPE is also a contracted provider of Social Services for the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS). These services are similar in nature to Core Services, but are paid for by DFCS instead of insurance.
Our Social Services

Home Evaluations/Relative Care Assessment
Mental Health Assessment

Substance Abuse Assessment
Supervision (for court appearances)
Drug Screens (urine)
Drug Screens (hair follicle)
Who is Eligible for Social Services?
Our DFCS Services are available only to families who have an open DFCS case, at the request of a DFCS worker. DFCS often requests that we provide these Social Services when a child or adult is not eligible for Core Services or when a specialized service is needed.
